These 6" x 5" x 3" white corrugated mailers are built from ECT-32-B corrugated board with a clean white exterior finish. The one-piece self-locking design folds into a closed mailer in seconds — no tape, glue, or staples required — making them well-suited for high-volume packing operations where speed and consistency matter.

The folded construction creates double walls along the front and sides, adding structural rigidity that protects contents during transit. At 0.17 lbs per unit, they keep dimensional and postage weight low, making them practical for e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, subscription box operations, and branded direct-to-consumer shipments of small, lightweight products.
