4" x 500' - 4 Mil VCI Poly Tubing

This VCI poly tubing is made from 4 mil polyethylene film embedded with vapor corrosion inhibitor chemistry that releases a protective vapor forming a molecular barrier on metal surfaces. The tubing arrives on a single 500-foot roll, allowing operators to cut custom lengths and heat-seal both ends to create bags sized precisely to each part — no pre-made bag inventory required.

The format suits manufacturing facilities, machine shops, export packagers, and e-commerce operations shipping ferrous and non-ferrous components. Common applications include machined parts, hardware, fasteners, tooling, stampings, and small assemblies where rust or oxidation during storage or transit would cause rejections or rework.
