3M F9469PC VHB Clear Transfer Tape is a 5.0 mil acrylic transfer adhesive carried on a polycoated kraft liner, engineered to replace mechanical fasteners such as rivets, screws, spot welds, and liquid adhesives. The adhesive transfers directly to the substrate upon liner removal, producing a clear, permanent bond without visible hardware.
The tape targets smooth, flat metal and rigid surfaces in manufacturing assembly, electronics fabrication, architectural panel mounting, and industrial maintenance. Its high shear strength makes it effective for narrow-seam bonding, trim attachment, and precision component assembly where a low-profile, clean finish is required.
Rated for continuous service from -40°F to 300°F and resistant to moisture, UV exposure, and solvents, this tape meets UL746C standards for outdoor and harsh-environment use. Each roll is 1/2" wide by 5 yards long, wound on a 3" core, and sold individually. Ships via parcel carrier.
